Is the boinc core client and manager going to support IPv6 in the near future?

IPv6 is an upcoming technology and allows every computer to have an unique IP address. this would allow managing remote boinc clients much easyier.

Will a future BOINC have an interface tab or an options extension or the like to set any of the 'override' parameters?

When BOINC is updated, it ignores already installed folder; user have to manually choose correct folder - every new BOINC version, every machine running over and over. Any good reason for that?

Ok, Remember You asked for a Question Rom.

So when can those of US who run Windows XP x64 see a Native 64bit Boinc and app?

Currently there is the 64bit Boinc client from Crunch3r which is based on 5.7.0 source code.

And the 64bit Seti Test2 5.15 SSE2 app from DeNitro.

They work rather good, Of course there was a problem with one of the app info file tags mainly <main_program/>, It didn't have a starting tag like so <main_program> and so I added one(Long story, Please see My link below).

considering it's clock-changing weekend: does boinc take into account the fact that the clocks change when recording/calculating processing time?

and actually, further to that idea, why doesn't boinc use actual CPU time directly, (taking into account CPU time efficiency) rather than wall-clock time (even if wall clock time is then offset by CPU efficiency)
